About The Role
We are looking for a strategic and data-driven Head of Digital Growth to lead customer acquisition and scale performance marketing across global iGaming markets.
You will own the digital growth strategy, managing paid acquisition channels, optimizing marketing performance, and driving sustainable revenue growth. Working closely with Product, CRM, BI, and Leadership teams, you’ll ensure every marketing investment delivers measurable business impact.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Define and execute the digital growth strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Lead acquisition across paid channels including Google Ads, Meta, YouTube, DSPs, programmatic, and affiliates.
- Manage media buying, budget allocation, and campaign performance.
- Optimize the marketing mix to maximize ROI and growth efficiency.
- Drive decision-making through analytics, attribution, and A/B testing.
- Own key acquisition KPIs including FTD, CPA, ROAS, LTV, and retention.
- Identify, test, and scale new traffic sources and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with Product, CRM, and BI teams to optimize the customer acquisition funnel.
- Deliver performance reporting, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to leadership.
