Responsibilities

• Product Design & Innovation
  • Contribute to the design and development of maternal health and baby-care products from concept through production.
  • Generate innovative product concepts through sketching, visualization, CAD modeling, and prototyping.
  • Explore emerging technologies, consumer trends, and future lifestyle shifts to identify new product opportunities.
  • Help define future product experiences that improve the lives of parents and caregivers.
• User-Centered Design
  • Participate in user research, interviews, workshops, and product testing.
  • Translate user insights into meaningful design solutions.
  • Develop a deep understanding of modern parenting behaviors, unmet needs, and pain points.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with Engineering, Product Management, and Marketing teams throughout the product development process.
  • Collaborate on balancing innovation, usability, manufacturability, and commercial objectives.
  • Support design validation and iterative development through testing and prototyping.
• Design Excellence
  • Create high-quality sketches, renderings, CAD models, prototypes, and CMF (Color, Material, Finish) proposals.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s product design language.
  • Stay informed on design trends, consumer electronics, wearable devices, and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design, or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of industrial design experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creativity, concept generation, and product development capability.
• Excellent sketching, visualization, and storytelling skills.
• Experience using CAD and prototyping tools.
• Strong interest in consumer electronics, wearable products, healthcare devices, or connected hardware.
• Passion for innovation and future product thinking.
