Key requirements:

• Strong design fundamentals and visual craft
• Advanced Figma skills (or ability to learn quickly)
• Experience using AI tools and workflows
• Interest in interaction design, digital experiences and emerging technology
• Ability to think laterally and solve problems creatively
• A portfolio demonstrating strong ideas, experimentation and design thinking

Bonus skills:

• Motion design / animation
• Creative coding or front-end development
• Generative AI tools
• Interactive or experiential design
• Digital product / UI design
