Job Description
Responsibilities
- Represent the dating app professionally across online and offline channels.
- Welcome and assist new users with onboarding and profile setup.
- Educate users about app features, subscription plans, and community guidelines.
- Encourage meaningful and respectful engagement within the app.
- Promote campaigns, contests, referral programs, and special events.
- Build relationships with user communities and respond to general questions.
- Collect user feedback and share insights with the product and marketing teams.
- Report bugs, fraudulent activity, fake profiles, and safety concerns.
- Create engaging social media content and help increase brand awareness (if required).
- Participate in promotional events, college activations, and influencer campaigns.

- Strong customer engagement and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital communication.
- Ability to work independently and meet engagement goals.
- Passion for community building and customer experience.
Qualifications
- Graduate or pursuing graduation in any discipline.
- Experience in customer service, marketing, sales, community management, or event promotion is an advantage.
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
