Job Description

Responsibilities
Communicate with Australian clients via phone, email, and chat.
Handle customer inquiries and provide basic support.
Perform data entry and back-office administrative tasks.
Maintain records and update company systems.
Coordinate with team members to complete assigned tasks.
Ensure professional and courteous communication at all times.

Requirements
Good English speaking and communication skills.
Comfortable making and receiving calls with Australian clients.
Basic computer knowledge (Email, MS Office, Internet).
Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer.
Ability to work independently from home.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
