Your new role
As an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising the organisation’s business systems and technology environment. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you will sit at the intersection of IT and the business, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure systems run effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting core platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI
- Acting as the main point of contact between the business and third-party IT providers
- Providing hands-on support and troubleshooting where required
- Managing IT assets, user access, and system documentation
- Supporting digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
- Maintaining security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
- Delivering training and driving system adoption across the business
What you’ll need to succeed
- Experience supporting business systems within a corporate environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, SharePoint, Azure, and Teams
- Exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly desirable)
- Experience working with vendors and managing third-party providers
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
- Understanding of security, governance, and IT best practices
