IT System Analyst

Your new role

As an IT Systems Support Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting and optimising the organisation’s business systems and technology environment. This is not a traditional helpdesk role. Instead, you will sit at the intersection of IT and the business, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders to ensure systems run effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting core platforms such as Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Dynamics 365 Business Central, and Power BI
• Acting as the main point of contact between the business and third-party IT providers
• Providing hands-on support and troubleshooting where required
• Managing IT assets, user access, and system documentation
• Supporting digital transformation initiatives and process improvements
• Maintaining security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
• Delivering training and driving system adoption across the business

What you’ll need to succeed

• Experience supporting business systems within a corporate environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies including M365, SharePoint, Azure, and Teams
• Exposure to ERP systems such as Dynamics 365 Business Central (highly desirable)
• Experience working with vendors and managing third-party providers
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes
• Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and organisational skills
• Understanding of security, governance, and IT best practices
