Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Ad Creative Editing:Ā Edit dynamic, fast-paced short-form video ads (for Meta Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn) specifically structured for direct-response marketing and lead generation.
  • Visual Storytelling & VSLs:Ā Edit longer-form Video Sales Letters or promotional videos, piecing together client footage, interviews, and B-roll to tell a compelling brand story.
  • Motion Graphics & Animation:Ā Design and animate text overlays, lower thirds, call-out tracking graphics, and kinetic typography to retain viewer attention when watching without sound.
  • Asset Curation:Ā Source high-quality, relevant stock video and audio (especially for niche B2B sectors like industrial supply and real estate) when client footage is limited.
  • Audio & Color Optimization:Ā Perform essential color grading to ensure brand consistency and optimize audio levels, adding impactful sound design and background tracks.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven Experience:Ā Minimum 2–3 years of video editing and motion design experience, with a strong emphasis on marketing and advertising content.
  • Tool Mastery:Ā Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. Familiarity with rapid-editing tools like CapCut Desktop is a bonus for high-volume short-form work.
  • Direct Response Knowledge:Ā Deep understanding of modern ad frameworks (the first 3-second hook, pacing, and retention techniques) to prevent users from scrolling past.
  • Attention to Detail:Ā Ability to seamlessly match the corporate and high-trust tone required for real estate developers and B2B industrial suppliers.
