Job Description

Responsibilities

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in video editing and graphic design, with a strong portfolio
• Flexible software stack — use whatever you’re best in (Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut, CapCut, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, etc.) as long as the output is top-tier
• Strong command of color correction, color grading, and photo retouching
• Proficiency across a wide range of AI tools to enhance your workflow.
• We actively encourage experimentation with any new AI tool that improves output.
• Solid understanding of platform-native formats, aspect ratios, pacing, hooks, and retention techniques
• Sharp eye for typography, composition, motion, and sound design
• Self-driven, organized, and comfortable juggling multiple client brands
• Available to work the night shift (7:30 PM – 4:30 AM IST) to overlap with US client hours

Must Have

• Video editing tools needed to complete assigned work.
• Must have a high-performance computer or laptop capable of handling large RAW photo files, 4K video footage, multi-layer Photoshop files, and professional video timelines.
• Must have a good-quality colour-accurate monitor suitable for professional photo and video editing.
• Must be able to manage large file transfers, exports, backups, and project storage without delays.
• Must ensure their system, software, internet, and storage setup are reliable enough for professional remote editing work.
• A calibrated monitor is preferred to ensure accurate colours, skin tones, brightness, and print-ready results.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience working with agency clients or multi-brand accounts
• Motion graphics and basic 2D animation skills
• Understanding of social media algorithms and content performance metrics
