Job Description

The Role:

As a Desktop Support professional, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users. You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring that all systems operate efficiently and effectively.

  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Install, configure, and maintain desktop systems and peripherals.
  • Assist in the setup and deployment of new hardware and software.
  • Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT team members to improve support processes.

Ideal Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills.

Education: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
