Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee lighting projects from quotation stage through to final delivery
  • Prepare quotes, process orders, and manage data entry with accuracy
  • Coordinate supplier orders and ensure timely delivery to site
  • Act as a key point of contact between clients and suppliers
  • Support both internal and external sales teams in daily operations
  • Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
  • Assist with general administrative and ad hoc tasks as required

  • Pleasant, professional, and enthusiastic
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
  • Ability to multitask
  • A proactive, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills – written, verbal, and in person
  • Experience in a sales role in a lighting or electrical industry essential
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
