Job Description
Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor social media accounts for multiple clients across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Create engaging captions, posts, stories, and content ideas aligned with each client’s brand voice.
- Track trends, hashtags, and industry updates to improve engagement.
- Respond to comments, messages, and audience interactions as directed.
- Coordinate with designers, content creators, and marketing team members.
- Maintain content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Generate monthly performance reports and analyze key social media metrics.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and current trends.
- Excellent written English and communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Express, or similar content creation tools.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Marketing, Communications, Business, or related students are encouraged to apply.
- Previous experience managing personal, academic, or business social media accounts is a plus
