Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Edit Instagram Reels, Facebook videos, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
  • Add captions, subtitles, transitions, effects, music, sound effects, and motion graphics.
  • Create engaging opening hooks in the first 3 seconds of the video.
  • Edit raw footage into professional, clean, and high-retention videos.
  • Prepare videos in required sizes such as 9:16, 1:1, 4:5, and 16:9.
  • Maintain brand colors, logo placement, fonts, and design consistency.
  • Work on client videos, founder videos, testimonial videos, explainer videos, and ad creatives.
  • Deliver videos within the agreed timeline.
  • Make revisions as per feedback.
  • Stay updated with trending reel formats and editing styles.

Required Skills

  • Good knowledge of CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Canva, or After Effects
  • Strong sense of timing, music, transitions, and visual storytelling
  • Ability to edit videos for Meta Ads and social media campaigns
  • Knowledge of subtitles, motion text, lower thirds, and basic animation
  • Understanding of Instagram and YouTube content formats
  • Basic color correction and audio cleanup
  • Ability to follow brand guidelines
