Responsibilities
- Deep familiarity with TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts as content formats — not just platforms
- Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and what makes content stop a scroll
- Ability to manage multiple projects and brands in parallel without dropping quality
- Clear communication and ability to work within structured briefs and feedback cycles
- A portfolio or reel demonstrating relevant social content work.
- Able to use Premiere Pro, CapCut
Qualification:
- Cut and edit short-form video content (15–90 sec) optimized for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Apply motion graphics, captions, sound design, and trending audio
- Work from creative briefs to deliver platform-ready content on tight turnarounds
- Maintain brand consistency across 10 consumer brands simultaneously
- Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback from social leads
- Develop content angles, hooks, and narrative structures for short-form video scripts
- Write detailed briefs that give editors and designers everything they need
- Monitor platform trends (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and translate them into brand-relevant ideas
- Conduct competitive research and identify content gaps and opportunities per brand
- Collaborate with analytics on what’s working and build on high-performing formats
