Job Description

Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and visual campaigns for fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Design marketing collateral including social media creatives, website banners, emailers, lookbooks, catalogs, packaging, and advertisements.
• Create engaging visual content for product launches, seasonal campaigns, sales promotions, and brand-building initiatives.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, photography, and merchandising teams to ensure consistent brand communication.
• Lead the design process from concept development to final execution.
• Stay updated on fashion, design, and digital marketing trends to bring fresh creative ideas.
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining innovation and creativity.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Guide and mentor junior designers, providing creative direction and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably with fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or retail brands.
• Strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign design, social media, and marketing creatives.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, or Premiere Pro is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent creative thinking and conceptualization skills.
• Understanding of social media trends and digital-first creative approaches.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with D2C fashion brands, apparel companies, luxury brands, or creative agencies.
• Basic understanding of photography, art direction, and video editing.
• Experience in designing for e-commerce platforms and performance marketing campaigns.
