Graphics Designer

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design visual assets for digital platforms — social media, websites, email campaigns, landing pages, and digital ads
• Create and maintain brand identity systems including logos, typography, color palettes, and style guides
• Develop print collateral — brochures, packaging, banners, presentations, and promotional materials
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to deliver cohesive, on-brand visuals
• Translate briefs and marketing objectives into creative, compelling design concepts
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality
• Present design work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback iteratively
• Stay updated on design trends, competitor visuals, and emerging tools in the design ecosystem
• Support video and motion graphics production (a plus, not mandatory)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field
• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (agency or in-house)
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma
• Strong portfolio demonstrating range across branding, digital, and print design
• Solid understanding of typography, grid systems, color theory, and layout principles
• Experience designing for digital-first environments and social media formats
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills — able to articulate design decisions clearly
• Attention to detail and a sharp eye for visual consistency

Nice to Have

• Experience with motion design or animation tools (After Effects, Lottie)
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for digital design handoff
• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and prototyping
• Photography or video editing skills
• Experience working with international brands or multicultural audiences
