About The Role
As a Growth Analytics Manager, you will lead a small team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts while owning campaign spending strategy across your markets. You’ll drive marketplace success by combining hands-on analytics with strong leadership — ensuring smart, data-backed decisions that maximise ROI.
You will work closely with Expansion Managers, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to turn insights into action. This role requires sharp business sense, strong analytical thinking, and the ability to clearly communicate complex ideas.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of Senior and Mid-level Growth Analysts, supporting their development and ensuring high-quality output.
- Own campaign spending strategy across assigned markets, optimising investments to maximise ROI and growth impact.
- Translate business goals into clear analytical priorities and actionable insights.
- Partner closely with Expansion, Marketing, Operations, and local teams to drive marketplace performance.
- Oversee experimentation roadmap (A/B tests and other analyses) and ensure rigorous interpretation of results.
- Identify scalable growth opportunities and contribute to improving team processes, playbooks, and decision-making frameworks.
About you:
- 5–6+ years in analytics or a related data field; experience leading team 1+ years
- Strong statistical foundations and proven experience with A/B testing & experiment design.
- Advanced SQL and good Python skills; experience with BI tools (Looker / Tableau / Power BI).
- Comfortable with large, messy datasets and building reliable reports/dashboards.
- Commercial mindset — you can explain the “so what” and trade technical nuance for actionable decisions.
