Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the creation of high-impact visual assets including posters, infographics, advertisements, campaign creatives, and multimedia assets for digital and print platforms.
  • Manage and deliver high volumes of creatives across multiple brands and campaigns while maintaining premium quality standards.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams, strategists, and stakeholders to convert briefs into compelling creative solutions.
  • Oversee automotive marketing creatives, ensuring industry-accurate visuals and premium design aesthetics.
  • Create advanced designs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and related tools.
  • Develop data-driven infographics and visual storytelling assets to enhance engagement and campaign performance.
  • Maintain strict brand consistency across colors, typography, layouts, and visual tone.
  • Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment while maintaining high design standards.
  • Review and finalize creatives, ensuring accuracy and production readiness.
  • Proactively suggest creative innovations and design improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Requirements (Senior Role)

  • 6–8+ years of professional Graphic Design / Creative Direction experience
  • Advanced expertise in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
  • Experience managing multi-brand campaign creatives in an agency environment
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality marketing and advertising creatives
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, night-shift environment
