Technology Delivery Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Technology Delivery Manager to lead complex, mission‑critical technology initiatives in a fast‑paced, regulated environment. This role partners closely with engineering, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver high‑availability platforms and services.

Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology initiatives including platform, cloud, automation, and operational tooling programs
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, ensuring alignment across technology, operations, and business teams
• Coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and delivery timelines in a structured manner
• Ensure solutions meet performance, resilience, and regulatory expectations in high‑availability environments

Requirements

• 4–8 years of experience delivering complex technology initiatives in enterprise environments
• Background in financial services technology, market infrastructure, trading systems, or other mission‑critical platforms
• Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and senior stakeholders across technology and operations
• Strong understanding of delivery governance, dependency management, and operational readiness
