Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled, design-conscious Webflow Developer to join our fast-growing, remote-first team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative design and technical execution, transforming high-fidelity Figma mockups into fully functional, pixel-perfect, and conversion-optimized Webflow websites. As the technical owner of our marketing and product web properties, you will be responsible for end-to-end site builds, advanced interactions, scalable CMS architecture, and seamless integrations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and build custom, fully responsive websites and landing pages from scratch using Webflow.
  • Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers and marketing teams to ensure flawless technical translation of mockups from Figma or Adobe XD into Webflow.
  • Build and manage dynamic Webflow CMS collections, ensuring content is easily scalable, organized, and structurally sound.
  • Write and implement clean custom HTML, CSS, and JavaScript where native Webflow features require extensions.
  • Audit and optimize websites for speed, accessibility, and SEO best practices to maximize organic reach and conversion rates.
  • Connect third-party tools, APIs, and analytics (e.g., Zapier, GA4, GTM, CRM software) to enhance website functionality and tracking.
  • Conduct rigorous cross-device and cross-browser testing to guarantee a seamless user experience before and post-launch.
  • Maintain website security, update plugins/scripts, and proactively troubleshoot and resolve bugs.

  Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional experience in Webflow design and development, preferably within a digital agency, SaaS company, or startup environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Webflow CMS, intricate animations, and custom interactions.
  • Must have a solid understanding of UX/UI, layout, typography, and responsive web design principles and strong command of Figma.
  • Solid foundation in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript with the ability to inject custom scripts for specialized website functions.
  • Familiarity with modern Webflow frameworks such as Client-First or Relume.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to operate autonomously in a distributed team (Slack, Zoom).
  • A robust portfolio showcasing your live Webflow projects, custom interactions, and before/after designs.
