Job Description

Key responsibilities

• Design and build responsive, accessible websites
• Translate designs into front-end implementations
• Develop and maintain CMS-driven sites
• Support testing and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with stakeholders across ACER

About you

You’re a creative, detail-oriented web developer who values usability, accessibility and clean design, and enjoys learning and improving your skills.Skills and experience

• Experience designing and building websites
• HTML, CSS and responsive development skills
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot)
• Exposure to JavaScript (React/Next.js desirable)
• Experience with Webflow and CMS platforms (e.g. Expression Engine, Craft CMS, WordPress)
• Understanding of UX, accessibility and SEO
• Experience with Git and modern tools
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent experience)
