Technical Delivery Manager

Your new role

In this role, you will take ownership of the end-to-end delivery of technical initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. You will work across multiple teams and vendors, driving alignment between business objectives and technical outcomes.Key responsibilities include:

• Managing delivery across scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Translating business requirements into clear technical delivery plans
• Driving governance, reporting, and stakeholder communication at senior levels
• Partnering with architects, engineers, and vendors to ensure solution alignment
• Supporting operational readiness, including handover to BAU and support teams
• Leading continuous improvement across delivery practices and processes

What you’ll need to succeedYou will bring proven experience delivering complex technical programs in large, matrixed environments, with strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

• Strong understanding of systems integration, IT platforms, and operational environments
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and third-party vendors
• Ability to balance competing priorities and drive outcomes in fast-paced settings
• Knowledge of Agile and/or traditional delivery methodologies
• Background in telecommunications, service operations, or enterprise environments will be highly regarded
