Job Description

What experience we need from you

You will have a broad range of technical skills and know how to identify potential issues before they become a problem.

Your experience will include:

  • A similar IT support environment, troubleshooting a wide spectrum of issues in a mostly Microsoft M365 user environment
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with people at all levels, is essential
  • Experience supporting the M365 suite of products
  • Network and infrastructure support experience
  • Proficiency in the troubleshooting and repair of hardware including both Windows and Mac. Logging of repairs and working with vendors
  • Creation and maintenance of documentation and monthly reporting

You will have a sound knowledge of the following:

  • Windows operating systems, software and peripherals.
  • Microsoft 365 where you will be able to demonstrate your experience supporting end users
  • Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose hardware and software issues
  • Ability to prioritise, multi-task and work to deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
