Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, and execute content strategies aligned with marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand goals
  • Manage content across digital platforms including XHS, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube
  • Create and publish engaging content (captions, visuals, short videos, reels, etc.)
  • Monitor social media trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to optimise performance
  • Track and analyse content performance, and refine strategies based on insights
  • Manage and grow the brand’s XHS presence, including community engagement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Marketing, Design, E-Commerce) for consistent brand messaging
  • Support content production such as shoots, livestreams, and campaign activations
  • Manage influencer/KOL collaborations including sourcing, briefing, execution, and performance tracking
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand collaborations

Requirement

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Multimedia, or a related field
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
  • Proficient in social media tools and basic photo/video editing software (e.g. Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite)
  • Familiar with content analytics tools (e.g. XHS, Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics)
  • Strong writing and storytelling skills with a good eye for visual content
  • Up to date with social media trends, pop culture, and platform updates
  • A team player with strong communication, time management, and organisational skills
