UI/UX Designer
Job Description
About the Role :
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team at Max Investment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centric digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. You will collaborate closely with product, business, and development teams to transform ideas into seamless user journeys and visually appealing interfaces.
This role requires a strong understanding of user behavior, design principles, interaction design, and modern UI trends, along with the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality.
Key Responsibilities :
– Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile applications
– Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, user flows, and design systems
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitor analysis to improve user experience
– Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand business and user requirements
– Translate complex requirements into intuitive and effective user experiences
– Ensure consistency in branding, typography, color schemes, and design standards across platforms
– Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs
– Optimize existing interfaces to improve usability, accessibility, and engagement
– Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices
– Maintain and enhance design libraries and reusable components
Required Skills & Qualifications :
– 3- 7 years of experience in UI/UX Design
– Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects across web and/or mobile applications
– Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, or Illustrator
– Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
– Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and interactive designs
– Knowledge of usability testing and user research methodologies
– Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development concepts is an added advantage
– Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :
– Experience working in fintech, investment, or financial services domains is preferred
– Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches
– Understanding of accessibility and mobile-first design principles
