Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end UI/UX design processes for web and mobile applications, from discovery to product rollout.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex requirements into simple design solutions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, developers, and client stakeholders to ensure design solutions are aligned with business objectives.

Design Skills

  • Conduct and synthesize user research to make informed design decisions.
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs that deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Create user personas, user flows, and journey maps to define user experiences.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of design systems and ensure consistency across platforms.
  • Advanced understanding of UI design principles, including color theory, typography, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
  • Experience in leveraging AI-driven design tools for accelerating design workflows.

Learning and Mentoring

  • Mentor and guide junior designers, providing constructive feedback and fostering professional growth.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Solid understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and how to apply them in design.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related.
  • 5-8 years of experience in UI/UX design.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating the design of B2B or Enterprise products.
  • Mastery of design tools such as Figma and FigJam, Miro, or similar.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions and rationale to stakeholders.

Additional Skills

  • Experience in healthcare or B2B enterprise would be a plus.
  • Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML, CSS).
  • Experience in Agile or Lean UX processes.
  • Experience in implementing accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design.
