Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Visual Content Creation: Execute photography and videography for events, PR, and marketing campaigns from concept through to the final edit.
  • Publication & Editorial Design: Design high-end layouts for annual reports, digital newsletters, and print publications.
  • Campaign & Social Media Execution: Develop creative assets for integrated campaigns, social media channels, and PR initiatives.
  • End-to-End Project Management: Manage the full creative lifecycle, taking projects from the initial shoot or brief through to final production and export.
  • Multi-Format Adaptation: Adapt core creative concepts across various formats, including digital, print, and motion.

Job Requirements

  • Multidisciplinary Portfolio: Proven experience across graphic design, photography, and video (must demonstrate a strong “eye” for composition and lighting).
  • Adobe Creative Suite Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of InDesign, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro is essential; Illustrator and After Effects are highly valued. AI expertise is an added advantage.
  • Technical Versatility: Ability to handle professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio for diverse environments (studio, office, or events).
  • Adaptive Design Skills: Capable of balancing the precision required for annual reports with the speed needed for social media and PR.
  • Proactive Problem Solving: A self-starter who can interpret complex briefs and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional standards for typography, color grading, and technical file preparation.
