Junior Creative Designer

Job Description

This role is ideal for someone who’s strong in graphic design but also excited about where creative content is heading, especially AI-assisted design, video, and social media, and modern content creation.
What You’ll Be Doing

• Creating high-quality graphics for digital and print
• Designing marketing material, social media assets, ads, brochures, presentations, and branded content
• Using Adobe Creative Suite daily, especially Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator
• Assisting with creative campaigns and visual branding
• Creating or experimenting with AI-generated imagery and creative workflows
• Supporting video content creation (filming), editing, and short-form social media content
• Collaborating with marketing and content teams to turn ideas into polished creative assets

Skills & Experience
Essential

• Skilled in:
  • Adobe Photoshop
  • Adobe InDesign
  • Adobe Illustrator
• A solid design portfolio that shows creativity and attention to detail
• Good understanding of layout, typography, branding, and visual communication
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Highly Desirable

• Experience with AI image generation tools
  • Midjourney
  • Adobe Firefly
  • ChatGPT image tools
  • Higgsfield
• Interest in videography and video editing
• Experience using:
  • Premiere Pro
  • After Effects
  • CapCut
• Social media content creation experience
