Senior UX Designer/Architect
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior UX Designer / UX Architect to lead the design of modern B2B digital applications. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting user-centered design solutions, establishing design systems, and collaborating across business, marketing, product, and engineering teams. You will translate complex user needs into elegant, accessible, and conversion-focused designs while maintaining strong alignment with brand identity.
Key Responsibilities :
– Develop and execute UX strategies for enterprise B2B applications and products
– Create, maintain, and evolve design systems, component libraries, and style guides
– Design intuitive user interfaces with strong visual hierarchy and interaction patterns
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing stakeholders
– Translate UX concepts into front-end-ready, reusable components
– Ensure designs meet accessibility standards (WCAG compliance) and best practices
– Implement responsive design principles and fluid interface patterns
– Conduct user research, usability testing, and design validation
– Mentor junior designers and establish design excellence standards
Required Qualifications :
– 12 to 15 years of professional experience in UX/UI design
– Proven expertise in designing B2B applications and enterprise products
– Strong experience creating and maintaining design systems, component libraries, and style guides
– Deep understanding of branding, visual hierarchy, and interaction design
– Demonstrated ability to design conversion-focused and user-centric experiences
– Proficiency in responsive design and fluid interface design
– Knowledge of accessibility standards and WCAG compliance
Technical Skills & Experience :
– Next.js – Understanding of framework capabilities and design implications
– JavaScript and modern front-end ecosystems Familiarity with contemporary development practices
– Tailwind CSS Ability to work with utility-first CSS frameworks

– Ability to translate UX designs into front-end-ready, reusable components
– Strong understanding of front-end implementation awareness and developer workflows
Preferred Qualifications :
– Experience with design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, or similar)
– Portfolio demonstrating B2B design excellence and design system work
– Background in user research and usability testing methodologies
– Experience working in agile or iterative design environments
– Knowledge of performance optimization and web vitals
