Senior AI Engineering Manager – MLOps/AIOps/Azure

Job Description

This is a high visibility leadership role focused on building and scaling AI platforms, ensuring production-grade deployments, and driving operational excellence across AI systems.

Key Responsibilities :

– Lead deployment and lifecycle management of AI and ML models on Azure platforms

– Design and implement MLOps pipelines for CI/CD, automation, and monitoring

– Ensure model performance, observability, and reliability through telemetry and alerts

– Drive model versioning, release management, and rollback strategies

– Optimize inference performance and cost efficiency

– Establish governance, audit, and security controls for AI systems

– Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders

Required Skills and Experience :

– 8+ years in AI Engineering, MLOps, or ML Platform roles

– Strong hands-on experience with Azure ML, Data Lake, Synapse, and Cosmos DB

– Experience in CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions

– Strong understanding of ML lifecycle, deployment, monitoring, and scaling

– Proficiency in Python and data workflows
