Job Description

Responsibilities

• Graphic Design: Create high-quality designs, such as posters, banners, UI/UX mockups, and merchandise designs.
• Basic Video Creation & Editing: Able to create and edit videos independently, with skills at or above 50% proficiency.
• Website Design & Management: Design, manage, and update websites through WordPress.
• Manage All Creative Assets: Organize and store all design files, images, AI-generated assets, and competitor references in a shared cloud drive for easy team access and collaboration.
• Print Design Knowledge: Prepare print-ready design files with appropriate bleed lines and color codes, ensuring they meet printing standards.
• Utilize AI tools to assist with design ideation, content creation, image generation, productivity, and creative workflow improvements.
• Be able to work independently and as part of a team. Occasionally participate in discussions with clients when required.
• Demonstrate strong design sense and creativity to evaluate, communicate, and refine artwork and creative briefs based on clients’ requirements.
