Your new role

As an AI Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and validating AI architecture across the organisation. You will define scalable architecture patterns, guide the implementation of agentic AI frameworks, and support the transition from early experimentation to enterprise adoption.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the business to stress-test ideas, validate AI use cases, and provide architectural direction, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and fit for purpose. This is a hands-on, advisory role where you will help establish best practices, governance approaches, and practical frameworks that can be adopted by internal teams.

What you’ll need to succeed

You will bring a strong full-stack technical background with proven experience delivering AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments. A solid architecture mindset (solution or enterprise-level) is essential, along with deep expertise across the Azure ecosystem.

Experience designing or implementing agentic AI / orchestration frameworks and working with modern AI/LLM ecosystems will be highly valued. You will also be comfortable balancing innovation with real-world constraints, including scalability, security, and maintainability.

Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to provide thought leadership within a pragmatic, low-process environment are key to success in this role.
