Your new role
In this exciting role, you will be:
- Providing level 2/3 IT support to ~450 employees in Australia.
- Performing technical support of servers, network and hardware.
- Assisting with the delivery of infrastructure projects.
- Acting as an escalation point for junior members of the IT team.
- Managing Identity and Access Management (IAM).
- Maintaining and developing documentation and knowledge base articles.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful in your application, you will need:
- Prior experience in providing level 2 end-user IT support in a corporate setting.
- Sound knowledge of Windows 10 / 11, iOS / Android, Active Directory, Windows Server, Office 365, Intune / SCCM, ServiceNow / Jira ITSM tools and Network troubleshooting.
- Highly developed troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- A tertiary education in Information Technology, as well as Azure, Microsoft and ITIL certifications are beneficial.
- Prior experience working in a Professional Services organisation is highly regarded.
