The details of the main areas of focus are as follows
- Build the GPL Learning Academy
- End-to-end diagnostics, design, program management behavioural/managerial/leadership capability tracks
- Program management with external learning partners, vendors
Skills Required
Functional capabilities
Ø Strong fundamental understanding of L&D frameworks, principles
Ø End-to-end diagnostics of business-needs linked capability building interventions
Ø Program Management of learning journeys
Leadership Capabilities
Ø Ability to solve problems through understanding of business priorities being able to link them to the design of the initiative
Ø Influencing – Ability to work with a diverse team across zones and drive change through processes, capability building and communication
Ø Able to work with multiple data inputs collectively and create point of view supported by facts in order to influence stakeholders.
Ø Communication and facilitation – Ability to effectively leverage all channels of communication to engage and educate stakeholders
