Content Design Specialist

Job Description

Responsibilities

• Design and develop training content for new hire onboarding, monthly refreshers, and daily briefings.
• Update training materials in line with new product/process launches or modifications.
• Create assessments and deploy them via MS Teams or LMS to evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Manage learner experience and engagement throughout the training lifecycle.
• Collaborate with BPRG, Product, and Operations teams to align content with learning objectives.
• Apply instructional design principles to create interactive, game-based, and digital learning modules.
• Develop supporting materials such as audio, video, simulations, role plays, and games.
• Identify training needs in collaboration with stakeholders and create targeted learning solutions.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in instructional design, content development, and digital learning technologies.
• Implement innovative approaches to enhance learning effectiveness and engagement.
• Strong understanding of instructional design principles and digital learning methodologies.
• Proficiency in using LMS platforms and tools like MS Teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative thinking and ability to design engaging learning experiences.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in content development, instructional design, or training in a corporate environment, preferably in customer service or financial services.
  

Educational Qualifications:

Graduation: Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) / Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) / Bachelor of Arts (BA) / Bachelor of Business & Insurance (BBI) / Bachelor of Management Studies (BMS)

Post-Graduation: Master of Business Administration (MBA) / Master of Commerce (M.com) / Master of Arts (MA)

Experience: 5 – 10 years of relevant experience
