Responsibilities

• Manage 10–20 technicians across multiple pods
• Oversee day‑to‑day operations: Ensure SLAs, workload balance, and pod efficiency remain on track
• Make L2‑level escalation decisions and support high‑pressure situations when needed
• Remote or Hybrid in Lakewood, NJ, its really up to you.

Must‑Haves

• Recent MSP experience
• Experience leading an IT team at an MSP
• Confident in making L2‑level technical decisions
