UI/UX Designer 

Job Description

Key Responsibilities :

– Own the complete design lifecycle from discovery to delivery.

– Conduct ux research, usability testing, and translate insights into design solutions.

– Design wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma.

– Build and manage scalable design systems and documentation.

– Work closely with product, development, and marketing teams to align design goals.

– Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency across all designs.

– Advocate for the user and implement accessibility best practices.

Requirements :

– 1-3 years of experience in UI/UX Design with a focus on product design.

– Proven track record in SaaS product-based companies.

– Preference for candidates who have stayed 23 years in a single organization, showcasing commitment and depth of work.

– Strong proficiency in Figma, Balsamiq, or similar tools.

– Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and design systems.

– A strong portfolio and case study demonstrating system thinking and user-centered design.

– Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
