About the Role

We’re seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our Ag Technology team. This role is central to supporting staff and customers with precision farming and application technology, delivering training, troubleshooting remotely, and maintaining structured support systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide structured support via the O’Connors Support Centre for precision farming and application equipment.
• Develop and deliver training materials for internal and external sessions.
• Liaise with global teams to gather and share up-to-date technical information.
• Create reference materials and implement sustainable processes for the Ag Technology department.
• Perform remote diagnostics and support using telematics tools.
• Assist internal departments with remote diagnosis and repair of technology systems.
• Support and maintain the company’s RTK network.

What You’ll Bring

• Strong experience in agriculture, technology, or precision farming.
• Solid computer literacy and familiarity with common software platforms.
• Mechanical and electrical diagnostic aptitude.
• Self-motivation and a genuine drive to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
