Senior Designer

Job Description

We’re looking for a designer who’s equally comfortable thinking conceptually and rolling up their sleeves to execute. This role is a genuine mix of high-level creative work and production, and we’re upfront about that. If you take pride in doing both well, you’ll thrive here.

This is a remote full-time position for candidates based in the United States.

What you’ll do:

• Help develop and roll out brand identities from concept through execution across Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and PowerPoint

• Create motion graphics in After Effects or similar motion design software

• Design across digital, UX, and interactive projects, with strong Figma proficiency a plus

• Produce polished presentation and production work with strong attention to detail

• Collaborate closely with senior creatives and contribute to a shared creative vision, jumping in where the work needs you

You might be a fit if you:

• Have 4+ years of design experience, ideally within a branding or agency environment serving large corporate clients

• Have a portfolio that demonstrates range, from high-level concept development to polished execution — especially corporate reports, branded systems, presentation design, or thought leadership materials

• Are comfortable with production and execution, not just ideation

• Are a self-directed remote worker who communicates clearly and brings curiosity to new tools, workflows, and ways of solving problems

• Are based in the United States and authorized to work in the U.S.

• Are comfortable working within highly confidential, detail-oriented client environments

• Are available during Eastern Time business hours

• Bring a collaborative, low-ego mindset and are excited to contribute wherever needed
