About The Role

We are seeking a talented UI/UX Frontend Developer with a passion for game design and development to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience across our app and website, focusing on creating engaging, intuitive, and growth-driven features. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing interactive gameplay, implementing new functionalities, and optimizing user funnels through A/B testing and data analysis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in full-stack development, a keen eye for UI/UX design, and experience in gamification mechanics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate high-level concepts into functional prototypes and live features, ensuring a seamless experience for millions of users. Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in full-stack web development
• Proficiency with modern coding tools and frameworks
• Strong UI/UX design skills, with experience in Figma
• Experience in designing and implementing game mechanics and gamified features
• Understanding of conversion funnels and user psychology
• Ability to lead projects from concept to deployment
• Experience working with AI tools such as Cursor, Claude, or Codex
• Demonstrated portfolio showcasing impactful product and design work
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of React Native is a plus
  

Responsibilities

• Design and develop iOS and Android app features that enhance user engagement
• Identify and implement high-impact game and product improvements to increase app engagement and retention
• Research and design improvements to optimize conversion rates and repeat usage
• Leverage AI tools to rapidly prototype and deploy new features and functionalities
• Create engaging tour gameplay with seamless purchase and repeat flows
• Own the process of A/B testing to continuously improve product performance
• Analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of features and iterate accordingly
• Develop and launch new products within the Let’s Roam ecosystem
• Design and develop end-to-end team-building games and desktop interfaces
• Refine game mechanics to foster user engagement and retention
• Increase weekly active users through innovative designs and features
• Proactively identify UX pain points and propose effective solutions
• Monitor and improve the repeat rate of corporate and individual users
• Design, develop, and optimize high-converting landing pages and customer funnels
• Enhance overall customer journey across desktop and mobile platforms
• Conduct industry research and stay updated on competitive trends
• Address bugs and technical issues promptly to ensure smooth user experience
• Participate in continuous product improvement initiatives and passion projects
• Utilize customer feedback to guide product enhancements and new feature development
