Software Engineer – AI & Product Engineering

Job Description

What Youll Do :

– Build and scale high-impact product features across our healthcare platform

– Develop production-grade applications using Python, JavaScript, AWS, React, MySQL/Postgres, and Linux

– Leverage AI tools, LLMs, automation frameworks, and modern AI workflows to accelerate development and improve customer experiences

– Design APIs, improve system performance, debug production issues, and own features end-to-end

– Collaborate closely with product, design, data, and business teams in a fast-paced startup environment

– Drive innovation across telemedicine, personalization, automation, growth, and pharmacy experiences

What Were Looking For :

– 3+ years of software engineering experience in product/startup environments

– Strong coding skills in Python, JavaScript, or similar modern technologies

– Passion for technology, AI-assisted development, and building products users love

– Experience working with AI/ML tools, LLMs, LangChain, vector databases, n8n, MCP servers, or similar frameworks is a big plus

– Ownership mindset – you move fast, learn quickly, and thrive in ambiguity

– Strong communication and collaboration skills

– BE/BTech from a top institution preferred
