Software Engineer – Full Stack & AI Innovation

Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :– Develop, Analyze and structure product specifications for input into GenAI programming tools.

– Operate GenAI systems to generate code based on structured inputs.

– Perform detailed code reviews of GenAI-generated programs to ensure correctness, performance, and maintainability.

– Utilize several other AI-powered code generation tools (Cursor.ai, Windsurf, etc.) to compare and optimize GenAI tool in subject.

– Provide feedback to improve GenAI model outputs and prompt engineering strategies.

– Review and validate generated code for correctness, efficiency, and adherence to coding standards.

– Maintain documentation of input formats, code review findings, and feedback cycles.

– Stay current with advancements in GenAI programming tools and code generation technologies.

– Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Preferred Qualifications :– Bachelors/masters in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

– 8 to 10 years’ experience with strong expertise in at least one of the following :

a. TypeScript / JavaScript (Node.js, React, Next.js, Angular, Vue.js)

b. Python (Django, Flask, FastAPI/ RestAPI)

– Person must have designed, developed, and maintained scalable front-end and back-end applications using TypeScript/JavaScript/Python.

– Solid understanding of front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind, Material UI or similar).

– Familiarity with GenAI tools and LLM-based code generation platforms (e.g., GitHub Copilot, CodeWhisperer, etc.).

– Experience with databases : SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB).

– Hands-on experience with Cursor.ai and/or Windsurf (plus other AI-assisted coding tools like GitHub Copilot, Tabnine, Codeium).

– Strong understanding of software development principles and code review practices.

– Familiar with Code review tools (e.g. GitHub, GitLab, Bitbucket etc)

– Strong grasp of software design principles (OOP, SOLID, microservices).

– Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.

– Excellent analytical and communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :– Experience working with prompt engineering or structured input design for GenAI systems.

– Exposure to MLOps or AI model evaluation frameworks.

– Knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.

– Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

– Exposure to serverless architecture and event-driven systems.

– Contribution to open-source or AI-driven development communities
