Role Overview

This opportunity is for experienced Siebel consultants who can work independently, take ownership of delivery, and lead technical initiatives where required. End-client details will not be disclosed at this stage.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, configure, and support Siebel CRM applications
• Advanced Siebel Tools configuration (Business Components, Applets, Screens, Views, Workflows)
• Custom development using Siebel eScript and Business Services
• Siebel Open UI customization and performance tuning
• Integration with external systems using EAI and REST/SOAP Web Services
• Troubleshoot and resolve production and critical system issues
• Apply best practices for Siebel architecture, performance, and security
• Lead-level candidates will own technical design, mentor team members, and coordinate with stakeholders

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 6+ years of hands-on experience with Siebel CRM
• Strong expertise in Siebel Configuration and Customization
• Hands-on experience with Siebel Tools, Workflows, and Open UI
• Experience with Siebel Integration (EAI, Web Services)
• Good understanding of Oracle databases in Siebel environments
• Experience in onsite, client-facing roles
• Preferred / Value-Add Skills
• Experience working as a Lead, Technical Owner, or Architect
• Exposure to large enterprise digital transformation programs
• Siebel upgrade, migration, or modernization experience
• Familiarity with Agile or DevOps delivery models
• Strong communication and documentation skills
