Web Developer – React.js/Next.js

Job Description

 This is a lead role with full end-to-end ownership – from pixel-perfect UI execution to smooth API integrations and production deployments. If you care deeply about craft, move fast without being reckless, and want your work in the hands of millions, this role is for you.

How You’ll Make an Impact :

– Convert Figma designs into production-grade web experiences with precision and speed

– Own front-end development end-to-end – from component architecture to final deployment

– Integrate with headless CMS platforms and backend APIs for dynamic, scalable content delivery

– Build smooth, performant animations and micro-interactions that elevate user experience

– Maintain pixel-level design fidelity, performance benchmarks, and code quality standards

– Collaborate closely with design, product, and backend teams to deliver seamless trading experiences

– Mentor junior developers and establish best practices for front-end engineering at Sahi

Your Tech Stack & Superpowers :

– 3+ years of hands-on experience building production web applications

– Strong command of HTML5, Tailwind CSS, and TypeScript

– Proficiency in React and Next.js – building fast, scalable, SEO-optimized web apps

– Experience with headless CMS integrations (e.g., Contentful, Sanity, Strapi, or similar)

– Comfortable working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs

– Eye for detail – you spot a 2px misalignment from across the room

– Ability to implement animations and transitions with finesse (CSS, Framer Motion, GSAP, or similar)

– Strong sense of ownership – no ‘that’s not my job’ mentality

Good to Have :

– Experience working in a fast-paced fintech or consumer tech startup environment

– Familiarity with performance optimization, Core Web Vitals, and Lighthouse scoring

– Exposure to trading platforms, financial dashboards, or data-heavy UIs

– Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment workflows (Vercel, AWS, etc.)
