About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team and take ownership of a key internal project: migrating our existing desktop-based product calculation tool to a modern, web-based platform — and then continuing to develop and maintain it as a core business application.

This is a hands-on role with real ownership. You’ll be the primary developer on this project from day one, working closely with stakeholders to understand the business logic and translate it into a polished, secure web application.What You’ll Do

•      Migrate our existing desktop calculation tool to a web-based application accessible via browser login

•      Design and build a secure user authentication system

•      Develop both the frontend interface and backend logic of the application

•      Set up and manage hosting, deployment, and ongoing maintenance

•      Collaborate with the team to ensure the tool accurately reflects our business processes

•      Continuously improve and grow the application based on user feedback and business needsWhat We’re Looking For

Essential:

•      3–5 years of experience as a full-stack web developer

•      Minimum 12 months demonstrated experience using AI tools to assist software development (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, or similar)

•      Proficiency in a modern frontend framework (React or Vue preferred)

•      Strong backend development skills (Node.js, Python/Django, or similar)

•      Experience building and managing user authentication and login systems

•      Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL)

•      Ability to deploy and maintain web applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or similar)

•      Experience migrating or rebuilding existing software as a web application
