Junior Graphic Design / Print Production

Job Description

About the Role
You’ll be working across a mix of design, print production, finishing, and customer service. No two days are the same – from creating artwork to operating equipment and helping customers bring their ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prepare artwork for print (digital & wide format)
• Assist with print production and machine operation
• Finishing work (cutting, laminating, binding, etc.)
• Serve customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Provide basic quotes and job updates
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace

What We’re Looking For

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude and team-first mindset
