Job Description

Ideal Candidate :

– Strong Graphic Designer Profile

– Mandatory (Experience 1) : Must have 2+ YOE in graphic design creating digital assets such as social media creatives, campaign visuals, banners, and marketing collaterals with a product company background

– Mandatory (Experience 2) : Must have hands-on experience in designing creatives for digital platforms including social media, web, and app assets

– Mandatory (Tools) : Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Figma

– Mandatory (Motion/Video) : Candidates with experience in motion graphics, video editing, banner designing or animation

– Mandatory (Portfolio) : Must have a strong portfolio showcasing digital creatives, campaigns, visual storytelling work, UI mockups, motion graphics and video editing works

– Mandatory (Company) : Product companies (B2C preferred)

– Mandatory (Collaboration) : Must have experience working with cross-functional teams (marketing/product)

– Preferred (Background) : Fintech or startup exposure is a bonus

– Preferred (Design Fundamentals) : Understanding of typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy
