Your First Year Will Include

• Contributing to client projects and strategic solutions early.
• Growing your skillset with certifications and hands-on mentorship.
• Helping shape our client success stories. Your work will matter.
• While starting with support, you will progress to completing tasks and assignments independently with limited oversight by the end of the year.
• Contributing to a positive and fun work environment, building strong relationships across the company beyond just your team.
• Transform complex datasets into compelling narratives using modern tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.). You won’t just build dashboards; you will derive actionable insights that drive client strategy and ensure data integrity.
• Support the full experimentation lifecycle by helping design statistically sound hypotheses and analyzing A/B test results. You will move beyond crunching numbers to validate business ideas, identifying significant trends that prove (or disprove) the impact of client initiatives.
• Stakeholder interaction and communication including requirements gathering, transparent and clear communication both internally and externally, and using our hypothesis-driven approach to solve business problems.
