What you’ll bring:

• Core IT Experience: 2+ years of solid experience supporting Microsoft platforms (desktop/user support) and a good understanding of networking principles.
• Programming & Automation Skills: You have a knack for coding or scripting (e.g., PowerShell, Python, or similar) and love finding ways to automate repetitive tasks.
• AI Exposure & Curiosity: You have some exposure to AI development, integration, or tooling (like Microsoft Copilot, OpenAI APIs, or building custom automation workflows) and are eager to apply AI to real-world business problems.
• A Proactive Work Style: You are comfortable taking the initiative and working independently without needing constant supervision.
• Exceptional Problem-Solving: You don’t just put out fires; you use your analytical skills to find the root cause and build a lasting solution.
• Customer Focus: Strong, friendly communication skills with a dedication to delivering a great user experience.
