Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone and email
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product-related issues
  • Assist installers and end-users with system setup and diagnostics
  • Escalate complex technical issues when required
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation
  • Deliver excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Mandarin (Chinese) language skills are a strong advantage
  • Technical knowledge of solar systems, inverters, or electrical systems preferred
  • Strong problem-solving skills
