What you will be doing:
- Resolving Level 1 support tickets
- Update and maintain knowledge base
- Apply best practices
- Escalate tickets when required
What you need to have:
- 1-2 year experience working across service desk (MSP environment)
- Technical expertise in;
- Office 365
- Azure AD/AD
- Sharepoint
- ConnectWise
- Windows desktop
- DNS/DHCP
- Internet issues
